Despite a few hiccups with the accommodation, she did not hesitate to follow up and rectify the situation even when it was a public holiday in Sri Lanka. My trip was indeed nothing short of amazing simply because of responsible staff like Thushi and my awesome Guide (Rukshan). They have really gone above and beyond their duty and made it their priority to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
I planned my family trip to Sri Lanka since Sep-16 for my trip in Jan-17. I started to look at Googles for tour company based in Sri Lanka directly since I observed price from Malaysia tour company was high. When I started to send emails to few selected companies, GARI Tours was the first one to respond. I asked for many amendments (more than 10 times) and every time I received the respond very fast and in positive manner. Thushi especially never even once tried to delay or showed her frustration on my very frequent and demanding quotes.This was the salient point why I continued with Gari and finally I selected Gari.

That is my standard approach, but the final selection is based on the speed and quality of response. Here GARI scored with a written response the same day and a personal telephone call the following morning. After that booking etc went smoothly.
